Creating & Managing Agents
Agents are autonomous AI workers that handle tasks for your business. Each agent has its own personality, knowledge, tools, and integrations.
Creating an Agent
Click New Agent from the dashboard. You can start from a template or describe your agent from scratch using natural language.
Templates
- Customer Support — Handles FAQs, tickets, and escalations
- Content Writer — Creates blog posts, social media content, newsletters
- Sales Assistant — Qualifies leads, follows up, and schedules demos
- Research Analyst — Monitors competitors, analyzes data, generates reports
Configuration
Each agent has several configurable areas:
- System Prompt — Define your agent's personality, tone, and instructions
- Model — Choose which AI model powers this agent
- Knowledge — Upload documents and URLs for context
- Skills — Install tools like web search, code execution, etc.
- Integrations — Connect to Telegram, Slack, Discord, etc.
- Cron Jobs — Schedule recurring tasks
Managing Agents
From the agents list, you can pause, edit, duplicate, or delete agents. Each agent has its own logs, analytics, and cost tracking.
